I did it, I made it 21 days again…a habit has been reformed!
I’m trying to be excited about this; however, somehow I pulled a muscle in my back and I’ve not even really been lifting weights like a good girl. Alas, I pushed myself through biking, and I will push myself through my workout in a few hours. I can’t allow pain to get in my way after slacking for weeks. I’ll just double or triple my glutamine I guess.
(And no I didn’t draw my brows on, not putting my face on to bike lol)
