I would like to share with you my excitement upon the fact that the mnt guy is installing some pump system rather than fixing the issue with water getting into the garage in the rainy season. I cannot convey how pleased I am to have my electric bill go up because he’s lazy. It’s already $200 a month, let’s make it $300!
Obviously I’m being sardonic.
