Five Miles: 22 Minutes

This is my 6th dry day. And I decided to do a low level 5 mile ride…its been a week since I’ve biked or lifted weights. I know I need to give my brain lots of rest and healing time…but I can’t just sit back and pack on the pounds. Tomorrow or Sunday I’m going to try a light lifting session as well. If I wean myself back into it hopefully my head will tolerate it.

A lady asked me yesterday how far along I was. She apologized and said she thought I was pregnant because I’m pretty fit except my tummy…I told her it’s my beer belly. I looked in the mirror in my workout area when I got home yesterday and I do totally look 18-20 weeks pregnant. Time to change that.
