Detox Day One: First Workout, 384 Calories Burned

Starting another detox this morning, just can’t decide if i want to do two or three days of lemon charcoal🤔

39 and nothing to show. I should have stayed on the ball two years ago and i could already be to my goal,,My own fault.😔

It’s a shame my doctor is such a jack ass i wouldn’t dare ask him help me figure out my exact bodyfat percent. My goal is still nine, i don’t care about the poundage anymore, just the bodyfat percent. I’m sure I’m at least 26 maybe 27 at this point😭

Anyway, maybe i can find a website that will help or something. I recon training oneself has some significant

drawbacks. 🙀
