Seems to be nearly as much of a battle to force myself to workout as it is to keep myself from drinking. But I pushed through it and I’m not drinking.
Not sure what to do about my supplement packs…i don’t know that i want to go back on them all at once with my gallbladder being so persistent in keeping me miserable.
Im considering adding them all again, one at a time… one every day ir every other day… waiting about a month to try the valerian root again, I’m wondering if that’s part of shady caused this.
I have Probiotic Complex and Collagen to add as well. These I’ll give longer than a day, obviously. You know im cautious when adding new supplements😁
