So i did some thinking while i was lifting… i think until i get myself back on track with my eating and sleeping habits, I’m just going to do my lifting and my biking immediately thereafter.
I’ve had such a hard time getting up i just need another plan so i don’t beat myself up all day about it. So this is my plan.
As of tomorrow, no more bread, pop, treats, candies or chips
I did it before, i can do it again. And I’ll lift for 45 to 60 minutes and then bike. On my days off I’ll lift closer to two hours before biking. I think this should be okay for a while.
At least i have a plan, so i can quit sitting around feeling sorry for myself that i didn’t get up at 0200 hours.
