I got an hour in… watch died at work so it’s charging, no data to share… not that it tracks very well anyway😔
I put myself on a short term round of Iron because I’ve been so wiped out and having palpitations as well. Than in seven days I’ll stop that and take Potassium for seven days. One or the other, (or both) should do the trick..i hope.
I’ve battled with iron-deficient anemia off and on my whole life, so the likelihood that is the issue is quite high.
Seems to be nearly as much of a battle to force myself to workout as it is to keep myself from drinking. But I pushed through it and I’m not drinking.
Not sure what to do about my supplement packs…i don’t know that i want to go back on them all at once with my gallbladder being so persistent in keeping me miserable.
Im considering adding them all again, one at a time… one every day ir every other day… waiting about a month to try the valerian root again, I’m wondering if that’s part of shady caused this.
I have Probiotic Complex and Collagen to add as well. These I’ll give longer than a day, obviously. You know im cautious when adding new supplements😁
Alright, i started the Valerien Root, only 530 mg which is 1/4 the dose. Always leary of new supplements at first.
I take allot of supplements for having pharmacaphobia 😲
I finally got to open my new container of creatine I’ve been looking forward to this day. You’d think I’d be ecstatic… but I’m not. Whatever. I got my second workout done nonetheless.
I didn’t take the gaba til i was literally in bed, i took it and closed my eyes…i slept for six hours straight😊
So I’ve discovered it’s best not to take Gaba until you are going to go to bed, because when i take it in advance there’s only a small window of time that it makes me sleepy.. and if i don’t go to sleep right then than i have trouble sleeping all night. I sleep really well when i take it at the right time though!
Man oh man i literally killed my muscles today…I’m still shaky…i added a little extra glutamine into my protein and creatine shake.
Also, i can’t tell you enough how much i love the feeling after a nitric oxide dump. I do this four minute thing at the end of my second and sometimes first workout as well… the feeling is almost like a short high. It always brings a smile to my face😊
